Receipt and payment of your order in our store

Place your order from bissias.gr and pick up your products from our store. Payment by cash or credit card.

We must have a telephone consultation in advance to make sure we have received the items from our warehouses.

    Payment by deposit in a bank account

If you do not have a credit card you can pay your order through a bank account.

- Shipping Methods

1. Pick your order from our store.

Place your order online and come to pick it up from our store during opening hours between 8:00 and 16:00.

To avoid any mistake in the availability of the products, please call us in advance at 210 9021059.

2. Delivery of the order for areas outside the prefecture of Attica.

For orders until 15:00 Monday to Friday our company sends your order the next business day during our opening hours between 8:00 and 16:00.

Deliveries can be made to any transport agency of your choice (within the prefecture of Attica). Additional charge for the transport of products in your area is borne by the recipient. Any additional time of delay of receipt is not borne by our company as the itineraries of the carriers may differ from region to region and depend purely on the respective carrier.

The products travel under the responsibility of the recipient. BISIAS SA and the website www.bissiass.gr do not bear any responsibility for any damage to the products due to mistreatment during transport.

The above deadlines do not apply during periods of extreme weather or strikes, in case of product availability shortages and in any case of force majeure, which may affect transport times.

Shipping with agency includes the cost of transfer to the headquarters of the agency of your area & requires the prepayment of the items you are interested in, with the payment options: Bank Transfer, Credit card. COD services sent to an agency are not possible.
