RETURNS POLICY
You have the right to return the products you bought and request their replacement, within 5 days from the date of receipt for cases:
With proven fault of our company, wrong products or products of poor and defective quality were sold (error in receiving the order, in the invoicing, in the shipment, damaged during transport, with poor packaging, etc.)
In cases where there was a problem / actual defect in the product (operation or quality) covered by the product warranty. They do not apply to products covered by third party warranties such as the product manufacturer or his dealer.
In any case, the products must be returned in excellent condition, in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage and the packaging of the product must be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in excellent condition.
In case they are not returned within 5 days then our company may not accept any return and replacement.
In any case and for all the above cases, the maximum return period for replacement may not be extended beyond five (5) calendar days from the date of receipt. In addition, for all cases the product to be replaced-repair must be accompanied by all the documents that accompanied the product (eg DAT, Retail Rep. Etc.).
In case you want to return a product, you will only be charged for the return cost.
In case any item you received is problematic you can bring / send the product to our store, where you will be charged the shipping cost. If the product shows a manufacturing defect, we replace it immediately for free.
In case we sent you the wrong item, we send you the right one and bear the cost of transport, old and new product.
To avoid inconvenience, it is good to check the condition of the products and their packaging at the time of delivery of your order in order to detect obvious defects (eg broken product, wrong product, etc.).
